Policies and FAQs
Priority shipping via USPS (1-3 days). There are no returns, refunds or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped.
We strive to deliver quality products each step of the way, but we cannot be held responsible for mishandling of treats by carrier companies once they leave our hands. We also do our best to process items (2 to 3 business days) and have them shipped out between Monday and Wednesday. We will not ship out any treats ordered on Thursday, they will ship out the following Monday,
For items with icing toppings or chocolate, please keep in mind that they may stick to packaging due to certain change in temperature. Sticking them in the fridge upon arrival if this happens will set everything back up!
Here at K&N Delectable Delights we pride ourselves on delivering top of the line, quality products. We DO NOT offer refunds on items, but will gladly discuss with you about an alternative solution for the future.

Pickup for metro Atlanta Thanksgiving orders will be Wednesday November 23 between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. Address will be disclosed once your order is placed.
All LaGrange orders will be delivered Tuesday November at 1:30 p.m. LaGrange mall. Pickup is no later than 2 p.m.
*No refunds will be given for orders forgotten and not picked up!
